The Benimar apartment complex is located in Fañabe, Costa Adeje, just 20 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Playa de Fañabe. This charming apartment is located in the quiet development of Benimar in El Duque. It consists of a 1 bedroom en suite, a second bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a 4-burner stove with oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave oven. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline.

The living area has a good-sized sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, international satellite TV, WIFI, and DVD player. The living room and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans and the living room opens onto a south-facing balcony with a table and chairs.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 4 people + cost cleaning .

There is also a security deposit of €200/£ 180 which is collected upon arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment. For guests who rent a car, there is easy access to free parking.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available sooner or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. Ask about airport transportation or key delivery.

We also offer the rental of travel cots with mattresses and fitted sheets for €20 per stay and a high chair for babies for €20. Or both for €30 per stay.

Cancellation policy: non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to a pandemic, we can change the dates or issue a refund.

Benimar is located in the exclusive area of ​​El Duque in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, just two kilometres from Siam Park, the largest water park in Europe, recently opened. Gran Sur is just one kilometre away, and the world-class golf courses of Costa Adeje and Las Américas are just a 10-minute drive away, while Golf del Sur is 20 minutes away. The views from the top of Mount Teide are impressive and well worth a visit. Benimar on Costa Adeje is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but if you prefer, the nightlife of Las Américas and Los Cristianos is just a 10-minute taxi ride away.
