This balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary for guests' stay. The dining room offers a cosy atmosphere, it has a table with chairs and a sofa. It has TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stay connected or use laptops. The apartment has two large bedrooms. Both have access to the balcony to enjoy the incredible views. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes with drawers and large space while the second bedroom has two single beds and also large built-in wardrobes. The complex offers a variety of amenities, such as a heated pool in the winter months, and is also located in the privileged area of ​​Puerto Colón, San Eugenio, a central area surrounded by restaurants, bars, a shopping center and a supermarket a few meters away. far.

The apartment is accessed by elevator from the reception and due to its excellent location it is very quiet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a security deposit of €200/£180 which is collected on arrival and refunded immediately on departure when the apartment is checked.
