Beautiful one bedroom apartment in the Ocean Park complex. This beautiful apartment, recently renovated to a high standard, consists of a very comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with a shower and bidet. It also has a bright living room with a flat-screen TV in different languages ​​and a sofa bed (suggested for 1 person or family with 2 children.)

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need, oven/4 burners, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The terrace is very sunny with views of the street and the mountains where you can enjoy pleasant moments. Among the services offered are free Wifi, air conditioning and washing machine.
For guests with babies we also offer a cot and high chair for a small additional cost.

This complex is located in a quiet area, it has 2 swimming pools with green areas and security gates. Just 7 minutes walk from La Pinta beach and Puerto Colón beach and the marina. It is also a 5 minute walk from the San Eugenio shopping center which contains excellent restaurants and bars nearby, a supermarket in front of the complex that serves food and a bar that shows live football all day. Located in a very good location, the walk leads directly to the beach. Ocean Park is just a 15-minute walk from Aqualand Park, and the bus stops to Siam Park and Siam Mall are right in front of the complex. The ideal place to enjoy a charming vacation!

Prices are per night and bed linen and towels are provided.

There is also a €200/£180 security deposit which is collected on arrival and refunded immediately on departure when the apartment is checked.

Departure until 11:00 a.m.

However, if the apartment is free sooner or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/check-out.

We also offer transportation service from the airport or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to pandemic, we will be able to change dates or issue a refund.
