Rental Conditions

This property is offered exclusively as a temporary rental, subject to the applicable minimum stay, in accordance with current legislation and, in particular, the Spanish Urban Leasing Law (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos).

The property is intended for medium-term temporary stays and is not marketed as tourist accommodation.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €200 / £180 is required. It is payable upon arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property has been checked.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit paid to confirm the reservation is non-refundable.

San Eugenio is located on the south coast of Tenerife, between Playa de las Américas and Torviscas, in a privileged location close to numerous beaches, services and points of interest.

The apartment is within walking distance of Puerto Colón, where a variety of water activities, excursions and boat trips are available.

In the surrounding area, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as good public transport connections by bus and taxi.

The famous Siam Park and Siam Mall are just a few minutes away, while Aqualand is also located nearby.

The area also offers several shopping centres, supermarkets and services that make it convenient for medium-term stays.
