This studio is ideal for a couple or a family with children who wants to enjoy a wonderful vacation in the exclusive area of ​​Puerto Colón, just 30 meters from the beach. It consists of a living room with television in several languages, two large and very comfortable single beds (1.05 meters) and a standard sofa bed, built-in wardrobes and dressers. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom is newly renovated. Furnished balcony where guests can appreciate the beautiful views. There is a security deposit of €200/ £180 which is collected upon arrival and is refunded immediately upon check-out and inspection of the apartment.
