Beautiful one bedroom apartment completely renovated in the "Los Geranios" complex, located in a privileged area in the south of Tenerife. The property consists of a spacious living room with access to the balcony, which offers incredible sea views. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a large capacity refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and complete kitchen utensils. The bedroom is spacious and has two very comfortable single beds, a built-in wardrobe, a dresser for clothes and a television. The living room is very bright and from there you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. It has an armchair, Smart TV with several languages ​​and a table with chairs.

This wonderful apartment has a brand new bathroom with shower, it is spacious and has a washing machine. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with exquisite decoration and of the highest quality. Without a doubt, this unit has all the amenities you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. 42-inch Smart TV, free WIFI and safe are available. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool that is heated during the winter months and also has accessible access for people with reduced mobility.

Prices are per night and the maximum capacity is 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is also a €200/£180 security deposit which is collected on arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out and inspection of the apartment.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available earlier or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. You can request the transportation service from the airport or the delivery of keys.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic can we change dates or issue a refund.

Just 100 meters from the building is the San Eugenio shopping center (one of the most popular in Adeje), where there are many clothing and souvenir shops, several restaurants and supermarkets (Covirán and Mercadona). The nearest airport is Tenerife South Airport, 19 km from Los Geranios. San Eugenio is a good choice for a family beach vacation. There is a wide selection of things to see and do in the area and the excellent sandy beaches along the coast are not far away. The fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall are just minutes away, as is Aqualand, just over the bridge. In addition to boat excursions and diving in Puerto Colón, they are only a couple of hundred meters away. There are numerous shopping centers in the area offering a selection of bars, restaurants and duty-free shops. There is also a large Mercadona supermarket with fair prices in both San Eugenio and X Sur Shopping Centres. Bus stops, taxis and free shuttle services are located nearby.
