This charming apartment is located in the quiet urbanization of Benimar in El Duque. Benimar is located in Adeje and offers two outdoor swimming pools. It consists of 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the main room has a double bed and the second room has single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a double refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and various utensils. The living room is very comfortable with a long sofa, flat screen TV with channels in different languages ​​and free WIFI. The balcony overlooks the pool, where guests can enjoy the sun during the day. Sheets and towels are provided in the apartment. It also has a small laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board, ideal for stays of more than a week.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 4 people and bed linen and towels are provided. Additionally, there is a security deposit of €200/£180 which is collected on arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment.

For guests who rent a car, there is easy access to free parking.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available sooner or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. We also offer transportation service from the airport or key delivery.

We also offer the rental of travel cots with mattress and fitted sheet for €20 per stay, and a baby high chair for €20. Or both for €30 per stay.

Cancellation policy: non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to a pandemic, we can change the dates or issue a refund.

The Benimar apartment complex is located in Fanabe, Costa Adeje. The resort has easy access to the TF1 highway, allowing you to navigate the island with ease. The beaches of Fañabe and El Duque are a short walk away. With shops, bars and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, the resort is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday in one of the best locations on the island, just a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Benimar is located in the exclusive area of ​​El Duque in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, just two kilometers from Siam Park, the largest water park in Europe. Gran Sur is just one kilometer away and the world-class golf courses of Costa Adeje and Las Américas are just a 10-minute drive away, while Golf del Sur is 20 minutes away. The views from the top of Mount Teide are impressive and well worth a visit. Benimar on Costa Adeje is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but if you prefer, the nightlife of Las Américas and Los Cristianos is just a 10-minute taxi ride away.
