Accommodations

The apartment is a spacious ONE bedroom apartment fully equipped to a high standard, with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the island of La Gomera, with 55 m2 inside and 26 m2 of terrace. The property is located in Block E which has a disabled-friendly entrance with a wide ramp direct from the main road, then a direct lift to the property without ANY steps at all. Therefore, it is suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is not suitable for children, as there are many dangerous points, such as a glass table and railing on the terrace on a high floor. Therefore, we apologize, but we do not welcome children. Maximum 2 adults or one adult and one child over 12 years old sharing the bed.

There is another entrance across the main road with two lifts and some intermediate steps that can be used.

The terrace has awnings on the top and the left side, for summer or winter use. Safe and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric ceramic hob and refrigerator with freezer. Two sun loungers on the terrace and a large table with chairs. There is also a washing machine on site. The terrace is very secure and private.

In the living room there is a smart TV with access to Netflix (service not included) and free Wi-Fi. And in the bedroom there is a TV with local channels too. It has 2 large built-in wardrobes exclusively for guest use. It also has a portable fan. The bathroom is complete and has a walk-in shower.

There are TWO communal swimming pools in the complex, both fenced and secure.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 2 people + cost cleaning .

Additionally, there is a security deposit of €200 / £180 which is collected upon arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available sooner or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. Ask about airport transportation or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels, or cancellation of flights due to a pandemic, we can change the dates or issue a refund.

Balcón del Atlántico is ideally located in Torviscas Alto, not only because of the peace and tranquillity of the area but also because of its proximity to private schools and GRAN SUR (Mercadona, cinemas, shops, bars and restaurants). Additionally, it is close to CC Cosmos, making daily shopping and other services easier. The AQUA Spa & Gym is also within walking distance. It is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from some of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife, such as Puerto Colón or Fañabé/El Duque, and also Siam Park and Siam Mall, just 5 minutes by car. This resort is maintained to a very high standard. The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area, on the first hill above the highway that follows the coast, in Torviscas Alto. Bus line 424 runs to Roque del Conde, and the bus stop is approximately 400 meters from the apartment. It's not a problem if you don't have a car, as taxis here are cheap.

Distance to the beach: Fanabe Beach is 10 minutes by car.
