This apartment in the heart of Los Cristianos, in the central area of ​​San Telmo, is fully equipped and very comfortable, with exquisite decoration and style. It's a one-bedroom apartment with street and partial sea views, a lovely covered terrace and free Wi-Fi. It is conveniently located in the centre of Los Cristianos, in front of CC San Telmo, full of incredible bars and restaurants, and a few meters from Las Vistas beach. It is also located a short distance from the pedestrian zone of Los Cristianos and El Camisón.

The building has two entrances, and an elevator and there are no stairs to reach the apartment from the main entrance. The apartment has a large balcony with windows that can be opened to enjoy fresh air or closed to keep you warm and also has awnings for added privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, among other appliances. The living area includes a single sofa bed, a table with chairs and a flat-screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony, and the ensuite bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The apartment is on the second floor but is accessed via a lift with no stairs required making it suitable for people of all ages.

Despite being located on a busy road and a central shopping area, the building is very quiet. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in a safe area. Stunning beaches, some of the best in the Canary Islands, await you, as well as pleasant summer temperatures all year round. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy activities such as hiking, paragliding, boat trips and visits to tourist places such as Masca, the parrot park, Aqualand, Siam Park and Siam Mall, which are just a 10-minute drive away. This property does not accept guests under 25 years of age.

Prices are per night and can accommodate up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Additionally, a security deposit of €200 / £180 is required and is collected upon arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available sooner or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. Add airport pick-up or key pick-up when you book.

We also offer the rental of a travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet for €20 per stay and a high chair for babies for €20. Or both for €30 per stay.

Cancellation policy: non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic, we can change the dates or proceed with a refund.
