My Tenerife Holidays offers a TOP FLOOR ONE BEDROOM apartment to rent in the south of Tenerife. The ORLANDO complex consists of a total of 447 apartments distributed in several blocks around the swimming pools. Facilities on offer include a pool bar, 2 communal swimming pools and a children's pool near the bar. The pools were completely renovated a few years ago and are very well-maintained and modern.

This lovely apartment is located in block 9, near the main garage door in one of the lower entrances. This top floor corner penthouse is perfect for a family vacation. This block does not have a lift so can only be accessed by stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation consists of a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, dining room, television, modern American style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer, a full bathroom with shower and wide glass doors leading to a good-sized terrace with sea views. There is also a washing machine and a safe. The terrace also has an awning as the sun can be intense in summer but is very welcome in winter. The TV has satellite through the community and offers Spanish channels, many in English such as BBC and ITV, as well as Italian, German and many others. The apartment has fibre optics installed with high-speed WIFI. The apartment has just been completely renovated, making it modern and comfortable.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 4 people and bed linen and towels are provided.

There is also a €200/£180 security deposit which is collected on arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available earlier or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. You can also request transportation from the airport or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic can we change dates or issue a refund.

San Eugenio and Torviscas Beach are located on the south coast of Tenerife. It is an ideal location to enjoy excellent beaches and is within walking distance of the port of Puerto Colón and the beaches of Fanabe, with numerous diving and boat excursions. This is a resort with everything you need for a beach vacation. You won't be short of water sports options, you can find everything from water pedals to banana boat rides to jet skis, and all of these activities are within walking distance. The beaches of Costa Adeje are ideal for families. The area is full of facilities. The resort has easy access to the TF1 motorway, making it ideal for a driving holiday, and you can head further west towards the cliffs of Los Gigantes and the Teno Mountains or north towards Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz, as well as the Teide volcano from the exit of Los Cristianos. There are free parking areas around the Orlando complex. However, in high season, they may be quite crowded, but you always end up finding a space.

There is a wide variety of things to see and do in the area, and the excellent sandy beaches along the coast are not far away. The fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall are just a few minutes drive away, as is Aqualand, just across the bridge. Additionally, boat tours from Puerto Colón harbour and scuba diving are just a few hundred meters away. There are numerous shopping centres in the area offering a selection of bars, restaurants and duty-free shops. There is also a large Mercadona supermarket with fair prices both in San Eugenio and in the Gran Sur shopping centre. Saint Eugene. Bus stops, taxis and free transfers are located nearby. The resort has security in place and is very safe for guests and children.
