This incredible penthouse in a corner position is located in the central area of ​​San Eugenio, in Ocean Park Phase II. It consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them en suite. It also has a fully equipped independent kitchen with a modern design and an incredible terrace with sea and mountain views. With a total of 108m2 of interior and 31m2 of terrace with lots of light, sun all day and panoramic views, this apartment is perfect for a family vacation or a group of 6 people.

The living room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. It has private WIFI, satellite TV and a safe. The complex is well known for its central location, below the highway and close to all services, bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and water parks. It has a beautiful communal pool and is gated so it is very safe. There is a road behind with a ramp and direct lift access to reach this apartment, so anyone with reduced mobility, seniors, or baby strollers are welcome.

A security deposit of €300/£280 is required and is collected on arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available earlier or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. You can also request transportation from the airport or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels, or flight cancellations due to the pandemic can we change dates or issue a refund.

San Eugenio is located on the south coast of Tenerife, just north of Playa de las Américas and south of Torviscas. It is the ideal place to enjoy excellent beaches and is a short distance from the port of Puerto Colón, where you can find numerous diving activities and boat excursions. The pace here is more relaxed than at Playa de las Américas, and it's a self-sufficient resort with everything you need for a beach vacation. Near Puerto Colón, you will not lack a variety of water sports. Here you can find everything from aqua pedals to banana rides or jet ski excursions. The beaches of Costa Adeje are ideal for families. The area is full of facilities, all within walking distance. It's also very easy to access the TF1 motorway, making it great for a driving holiday as you can head west to the Los Gigantes Cliffs and Teno Mountains or north to Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz, as well as the Teide volcano from the exit of Los Cristianos.

San Eugenio is a good choice for a family beach vacation. There is a wide selection of things to see and do in the area and the excellent sandy beaches along the coast are not far away. The fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall are just minutes away, as is Aqualand, just across the bridge. Additionally, boat tours from Puerto Colón harbour and scuba diving are just a few hundred meters away. There are numerous shopping centres in the area offering a selection of bars, restaurants and duty-free shops. There is also a large Mercadona supermarket with fair prices in both San Eugenio and the Gran Sur shopping centre. Bus stops, taxis and free transfers nearby.
