Magnificent 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of San Eugenio Bajo, just 50 metres from the beach. Enjoy a spectacular sea-view terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and making the most of the Tenerife sunshine.

The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV and English-language channels. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terraces. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dishwasher. If you are travelling with children, a cot and highchair are available on request for an additional charge.

The complex offers a heated swimming pool, perfect for enjoying throughout the year, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and parking within the complex.

The location is unbeatable, just 3 minutes' walk from Playa del Bobo and close to Puerto Colón, the starting point for boat trips, Playa de Torviscas, Playa de las Américas and shopping centres such as Siam Mall. It is the perfect choice for enjoying the sunshine, beaches and everything the south of Tenerife has to offer.

Important: Parties are not permitted and pets are not allowed. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 4 guests.

A €300 security deposit is also required and will be collected on arrival and refunded immediately at check-out, after the apartment has been inspected.

Cancellation policy: The deposit is non-refundable. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic may the dates be changed or a refund be considered.

San Eugenio Central is close to all amenities. The bus stop is just a short walk away, while taxis and free buses to the theme parks are also nearby. Siam Mall and Siam Park are within easy reach, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services close to the complex.
