The "Balcón del Atlántico" is one of the highest-rated holiday homes in Tenerife and is just 10 minutes from the beach by car. It has an excellent location with views of Costa Adeje. The spacious living room has a sofa bed and an additional sofa, and a travel cot can be added. In addition, it has a Smart TV and access to Wi-Fi. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the balcony offers a fantastic view of the sea and the neighboring island of La Gomera.

The complex has 2 communal swimming pools that you can use for free. There is plenty of parking right outside the door and access to the apartment has no stairs or lift making it wheelchair accessible.

Prices are per night and for a maximum of 4 people.

Bed linen and towels are included.

A security deposit of €200 / £180 is also required, which is collected upon arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If the apartment is available sooner or later, we will be happy to offer you flexible check-in/check-out.

Cancellation policy: non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic will we be able to change dates or issue a refund.

The "Balcón del Atlántico" has an ideal location in Torviscas Alto, not only for the peace and tranquility of the area but also for its proximity to private schools and the GRAN SUR shopping center (Mercadona, cinemas, shops, bars and restaurants ). In addition, it is close to the Apolo shopping center, making daily shopping and other facilities easy. The AQUA SPA & Gym is also within walking distance. Some of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife, such as Puerto Colón or Fañabé/El Duque, can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Additionally, the resort is just a 5-minute drive from Siam Park and Siam Mall. This resort is maintained in a high state.

Distance to the beach: Fañabé in 5 minutes by car.
