This charming apartment consists of a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. The living room and dining room are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV with channels in different languages ​​and private Wi-Fi. There is a large terrace with a lovely additional dining room, in a quiet area, perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets. This beautiful apartment is finished to a high standard. Simply perfect for your vacation!

Prices are per night for 3 people maximum. Sheets and towels are provided.

There is a security deposit of €200/£180 which is collected on arrival and is refunded immediately upon inspection of the apartment at check-out.

However, if the apartment is free sooner or later, we would be happy to offer flexible check-in/check-out.

We offer transportation service from the airport or the delivery of keys.

We also offer the rental of travel cots with mattress and fitted sheet for €20 per stay and a high chair for babies for €20. Or both for €30 per stay.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only for reasons of local restrictions or alert levels or cancellation of flights due to the pandemic, we can change dates or issue a refund.

Island Village is a charming community. The resort is very relaxing, with its own pool and large sunbathing areas. In the complex there is also an Iceland supermarket, hairdresser/beauty salon and poolside cafe/bar.

It is located within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and the Aqualand water park. Island Village is a ten minute walk from the seafront, with easy access to taxi services.
San Eugenio Shopping Center is 600 meters away and the nearest airport is Tenerife Sur Airport, 15 km from the property.
