Apartment for rent in Tenerife. This apartment is located in the Puerto Colón area of ​​Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands. It is located in one of the best positions in San Eugenio, overlooking the main road that goes to the Puerto Colón marina and right next to the promenade. The complex offers a multitude of facilities in the main block. The apartment is located on the first floor of the main block of the complex.

All apartments at the Aparthotel Panorama offer: a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV and a terrace with partial sea views. This charming one-bedroom apartment in the complex consists of a spacious living/dining area, double bed, television, fully equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, a full bathroom and a terrace with furniture.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 2 people. There is also a €200/£180 security deposit which is collected on arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available sooner or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. You can also request transportation service from the airport or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic can we change dates or issue a refund.

The complex offers a multitude of facilities in the main block; a heated community pool and pool bar, laundry, and more. The apartment is located on the first floor of the main block of the complex. PANORAMA is located in the center of San Eugenio. Close to the bus and taxi stop, as well as the San Eugenio shopping center with the Mercadona supermarket and a few steps from the promenade and the Puerto Colón marina. Siam Mall and Siam Park, as well as Aqualand, are a short free bus ride from the San Eugenio area. The central bus stop is approximately 500 meters away. Also the Quirón private hospital is 300 meters away. There are beaches on both sides, either Puerto Colón or Playa de las Américas with a variety of bars and restaurants.
