Charming apartment with sea views, located in the Puerto Colón area of Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, Canary Islands. The complex is in one of the best locations in San Eugenio, overlooking the sea and situated right next to the seafront promenade. The complex offers a wide range of facilities.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the main block of the complex. All Aparthotel units offer a fully equipped kitchenette, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, and a safe. This apartment features a terrace with sea views.

The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, a double bed, a double sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Prices are per night for up to 2 guests.

A security deposit of €200 / £180 is collected upon arrival and refunded immediately at check-out after the apartment has been inspected.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. However, if the apartment is available earlier or later, we are happy to offer flexible check-in/check-out.

We also offer the rental of travel cots with mattress and fitted sheet for €20 per stay and a highchair for €20 per stay – or both for €30 per stay.

Cancellation policy: The deposit is non-refundable. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels, or flight cancellations due to the pandemic, we can change dates or proceed with a refund.
