Beautiful apartment in a very popular complex with a double bed and a sofa bed (for 2 people and 1 child) in Phase I. The Mareverde apartments are located in the exclusive area of ​​Fañabe, a short walk from Fanabe Beach, approximately 10 minutes (200 meters). Tenerife South Airport is just 15 minutes by taxi and there are many local attractions, restaurants and nightlife nearby.

The Mareverde complex resembles a Spanish-style village, with a low-rise design and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants, including palm trees, bougainvillea and tropical plants. It has 5 pools, including a children's pool, and waterfalls that flow throughout the complex. 5 minutes by taxi from the Siam Park water park in Tenerife. 150 meters from Fanabe Beach and 100 meters from the new Gran Sur Shopping Center, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cinemas.

My Tenerife Holidays offers this charming studio in the Mareverde complex. The property is nice and fully furnished and includes a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area and balcony with stunning views of the pool. The apartment is equipped with a safe, as well as an international TV and DVD player. One of the complex's pools is heated in winter.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. A security deposit of €200/£180 is also required and is collected on arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. However, if the apartment is available earlier or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out. You can also request transportation from the airport or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels or flight cancellations due to the pandemic can we change dates or issue a refund.
