My Tenerife Holidays offers for rent a beautiful apartment in the Los Geranios complex, in San Eugenio, Las Américas. Its location is excellent, as it is in the center of San Eugenio, Las Américas, and it offers a beautiful pool, a poolside bar and restaurant, a children's pool, security, satellite TV, internet service, and also a self-service laundry. The complex is just 50 meters from the San Eugenio Shopping Center, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Furthermore, it is just 1 km from the popular city center in the Costa Adeje area. Enjoy a comfortable family vacation near the beach (50 meters away) in Puerto Colón.

This beautiful apartment is fully furnished and consists of 2 bedrooms, a main room and a smaller room, a large full bathroom, a living room with a large screen HD LED TV (with English channels), a sofa bed, a Fully equipped American style kitchen and a large balcony with sun all day long. On the balcony, you will find 2 lounge chairs, patio furniture, a table with 4 cushioned chairs, and 4 stools. The balcony faces the street in the center of San Eugenio, and is next to a bar. In the area, you will find bars and several restaurants. The apartment also includes private WIFI.

Prices are per night for a maximum of 4 people, with an additional charge of 50 euros per week per additional person.

There is also a security deposit of €200 / £180 which is collected upon arrival and is refunded immediately upon inspection of the apartment at check-out.

San Eugenio is located on the south coast of Tenerife, just north of Playa de Las Américas and south of Torviscas and Playa de Las Américas. It is an ideal place to enjoy excellent beaches and is a short walk from the port of Puerto Colón, where you can find numerous excursions. The pace here is calmer than in Playa de Las Américas, and it's a resort with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. In Puerto Colón, you will have a wide range of water sports, from pedalos to banana rides, jet skis and boat excursions. The beaches of Costa Adeje are ideal for families, and the area has many amenities within walking distance. Plus, it's easy to access the TF1 highway, making it a great option if you plan to rent a car and explore other areas of the island. The center of San Eugenio is a good choice for a family beach holiday as it offers a wide variety of things to see and do, and excellent sandy beaches are nearby. The area has the fabulous Siam Park and Siam Mall just a few minutes away, as well as Aqualand, located just across the bridge. You will also find numerous shopping centers offering a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Additionally, there is a Mercadona supermarket with reasonable prices in San Eugenio and Gran Sur shopping centres. There are also bus stops, taxis and free shuttle services near the complex.
