The Mareverde village resembles a Spanish-style village, a low-rise complex with many apartments surrounded by gardens and beautiful plants, including palm trees, bougainvillea, and tropical plants. It has 7 pools, including a heated pool, a children's pool, and waterfalls that flow throughout the complex. It is just 5 minutes by taxi from Tenerife's Siam Park water park. In addition, it is located 150 meters from Fañabe Beach and 100 meters from the Gran Sur Shopping Center, which has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cinemas.

My Tenerife Holidays offers this charming studio in the Mareverde complex. The property has been completely renovated and furnished and consists of a living area, kitchenette, a full bathroom, a sitting area, and a terrace with stunning views of the pool. This studio is very comfortable.

Prices are per night and the rate is for a maximum of 4 people.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Additionally, a security deposit of €200/£180 is required and is collected upon arrival and refunded immediately upon check-out after checking the apartment.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

However, if the apartment is available earlier or later, we will be happy to offer flexible check-in/out.

You can also request transportation from the airport or key delivery.

Cancellation policy: Non-refundable deposit. Only in the event of local restrictions, alert levels, or flight cancellations due to the pandemic, we will be able to change dates or issue a refund.

The Mareverde apartments are located in the exclusive area of ​​Torviscas Bajo, a short distance from the center of Playa de las Américas and a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Tenerife South Airport is just 15 minutes by taxi and there are many local attractions, restaurants and nightlife nearby.
